Creative Director | Stéph & Shay Jan 2021 - Jan 2022

As Creative Director, I was instrumental in translating our brand's voice into dynamic assets and campaigns, while also leading the launch of three major programs, which significantly expanded our educational impact. I produced and launched The Mindpower Podcast, establishing a platform for thought leadership and community engagement. Additionally, I engineered and implemented various CRM automations to streamline processes and enhance the member experience.

Customer Success Manager | Impact School (currently Scale Systems) May 2018 - Aug 2020

As Customer Success Manager, I led the launch of key educational initiatives that significantly enhanced our instructional reach. I developed and implemented effective lead generation and sales funnels to boost client consultations and conversions. The Mindpower Podcast

I produced the Mindpower Podcast, consistently publishing 85 episodes every other Wednesday. This initiative was key in keeping our community engaged and maintaining our brand's visibility. Additionally, it served as an effective platform to promote new programs to our existing community and attract new members, helping them to know, like, and trust us.

Newsletters

I wrote, designed, and sent over 55 newsletters to our entire database, effectively engaging with our community and expanding brand awareness. These newsletters achieved an average open rate of 32%.

Lead Generation

I significantly expanded our database from 1,000 to over 6,200 individuals, with the majority of this growth occurring between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, I successfully generated 2,100 leads through both organic and paid channels, who purchased a $7.95 introductory offer and became part of our community.

Over a period of six months, we achieved 745 registrations for an online event, which led to 49 sales of our high-ticket program, generating total revenues of over $55,000.

Social Media

I personally designed and published over 230 pieces of content in our Instagram Account, which collectively garnered more than 1,780,000 views, significantly increasing engagement and enhancing our brand's visibility.

Whether coordinating exclusive events, crafting impactful advertisements, or producing insightful documentaries, my approach is always tailored to captivate and engage a diverse audience.

I orchestrated the coordination of a designated room, specifically curated for capturing the experiences of VIP members at a Stéph & Shay event. By hiring a professional videographer, we were able to record over ten unique and impactful stories from attendees, providing an intimate glimpse into their experiences. I then edited these experiences and produced different versions that we shared with our members.

New York City Times Square Spectacular

I developed and designed an interactive app specifically for the 6th Biennial of Design in Chile. The app featured comprehensive coverage of the event and sessions with notable speakers such as Stephan Sagmeister. It achieved over 2,500 downloads and was extensively utilized by attendees to navigate the event and enrich the user experience.

Additionally, I recorded the event's highlights and produced a video that encapsulated the vibrant atmosphere and educational experiences, further enriching the user experience and broadening the event's impact.
